Colteryahn Dairy is a family owned and operated dairy since 1917.

Our operating plant still resides on our original farmland.

Colteryahn Dairy is the only operating milk processing dairy within the Pittsburgh city limits. In June, 2003 we received a Proclamation from the City of Pittsburgh noting that we are the last processing dairy and acknowledging our commitment to the community.

Local farmers provide us with fresh milk daily and are the pride of Western Pennsylvania. Our complete line of products include over 138 line items including a wide range of fluid milk, sour cream, ice cream mix, juices, ice teas, drinks. We also distribute butter, margarine, eggs, cheeses, creamers, and yogurt.

In 1998 our operating plant completed a $5 million dollar state-of-the-art plant and cooler renovation. These improvements allowed us to be more efficient and to take advantage of new business opportunities.
